30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your CloudLiners. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Return conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept liners that have been worn.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery through our contact page with a photo of the issue. Defect claims reported within this window are accepted and we will replace the item or refund you in full, at no cost to you.

If your CloudLiners slip off your heel even once in your first 30 days, tell us and we will refund every cent. No hoops.
How to start a return
- Message us via the contact page with your order number and reason.
- We reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
