Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
- USA, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand: 7-10 business days
- Rest of the world: we ship worldwide, delivery takes approximately 10-14 business days
Shipping costs
- FREE shipping on all orders over $35. Every bundle qualifies automatically.
- Orders under $35 ship at a flat standard rate shown at checkout.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Allow 2-4 days after dispatch for the first scan to appear. You can follow your parcel on our Track Your Order page.
Address changes
Need to fix an address? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order via the contact page and we will update it before dispatch.
Customs and import taxes
International orders may be subject to local customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delays caused by customs are outside of our control.
Lost or stuck parcels
If your tracking has not moved for more than 5 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Orders with Shipping Protection are reshipped or refunded immediately if lost in transit.
